Patrick Sciacchitano has always been a fighter. A lifelong athlete and baker, his journey through addiction, loss, and recovery led him to Hope House Ministries, where he found renewed purpose through fitness, food, and giving back.

While training for charity events, Patrick began creating clean, protein-packed muffins to fuel performance without sacrificing taste, and ProCo was born from his belief that better choices can build a stronger life, one small batch at a time.

For over 45 years, Hope House Ministries has provided free support to those facing homelessness, addiction, trauma, and crisis, creating a compassionate path toward healing, independence, and lasting hope.
